2. General Refund Principles
Every refund is subject to these basic principles:
- Account balance is the default: refunds are automatically added to your account balance. This option is instant and lets you use the funds immediately on any new order.
- Cash refunds available in specific cases: in defined situations (e.g. duplicate charges due to technical errors, or orders that haven't started within 7 days of purchase), we can refund to the original payment method.
- Processing times: account balance is instant. Cash refunds to cards or wallets typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or network.
- Currency: refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange-rate fluctuations may apply for international or crypto payments.
You can always choose account balance — it's the fastest option and never expires.
3. Eligible for Refund
You're eligible for a refund in any of these cases:
- Order not started: if your order hasn't started within 24–72 hours of purchase (varies by service), you're entitled to a full refund.
- Service marked "Canceled": when our system determines an order cannot be fulfilled by the provider, the amount is automatically refunded to your account balance.
- Duplicate charges: if a technical error causes the same amount to be charged twice, we refund the duplicate immediately to the original payment method.
- Provider delivery failure: if the service stops due to a provider-side technical issue — not user error like changing the link after start — you're entitled to a refund on the undelivered quantity.
- Excessive unexplained delay: if your order is delayed well beyond the service's stated timeline with no reasonable explanation.
4. NOT Eligible for Refund
To keep the service fair for all users, refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Incorrect or invalid links: if you submit a wrong or broken link, we cannot return the quantity because the provider has already begun delivery.
- Private, restricted, or deleted accounts: orders to profiles set to private after the order, or to deleted accounts, are non-refundable.
- Partial delivery within tolerance: most services have a delivery tolerance of about ±10%. Anything within that tolerance is not refundable.
- Drops after the refill window: if a post loses views/followers after the applicable refill period (typically 30 days), no refund is due.
- Orders disputed via chargeback: once a chargeback is filed with the bank, the account is suspended and no further refund can be processed.
- Intentional Terms of Service violations: orders connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity are not eligible.
5. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and direct:
- Step 1: open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of the order.
- Step 2: provide the order ID, a screenshot if relevant (e.g. showing a private account), and a brief description of the issue.
- Step 3: our team reviews the request with the provider. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
- Step 4: on approval, the refund is added to your account balance instantly or sent to the card (5–10 business days).
Requests filed more than 7 days after purchase may only be eligible for account credit, not a cash refund.
6. Refund Methods
We offer multiple refund options depending on your circumstances:
- Account credit (default): instant. Usable immediately for any service. The recommended and fastest option.
- Original payment method: available for verified cases (such as duplicate charges or orders that never started). Takes 5–10 business days after approval. Generally available within 7 days of purchase.
- Crypto payments: refunded to the same wallet address that sent the payment. Small network fees may apply.
If your original card has expired or been canceled, we may ask you for alternative bank details (or convert the refund to account credit).
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We always aim to resolve issues amicably and quickly.
- Contact support first: most disputes are misunderstandings that can be resolved within hours. Open a ticket and we'll address it fast.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: any chargeback filed after a service was correctly delivered will result in permanent account suspension and IP ban.
- Evidence submission: in case of dispute, we provide the payment processor with full transaction evidence — delivery logs, screenshots, and support correspondence.
- Dispute costs: chargebacks that are lost or proven fraudulent may result in a recovery fee deducted from any remaining account balance.
Disputed orders are never refunded by us — we deal with the bank directly.
8. Partial Refunds
When a service is partially delivered and the provider stops progressing, we issue a partial refund based on the remaining quantity:
- The refund is calculated as the percentage of undelivered quantity over total ordered quantity.
- Example: ordered 1,000 followers, delivered 600. Refund = 40% of the price paid.
- This rule applies only to provider-side failures, not to user-caused issues.
9. Refill Guarantee
Many of our services include an automatic refill guarantee that protects your order against natural drops:
- Standard durations: 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, or lifetime — depending on the service.
- Automatic refill: on supported services, our system detects the drop and refills automatically.
- Manual refill: if auto-refill doesn't trigger within 48 hours of a noticeable drop, use the "Refill" button on the orders page.
- Important: the refill period does not extend refund eligibility. A drop after the refill period ends is not refundable.

10. Changes to This Policy
